I have been back home for over a month now and I continue to talk about my experience in India. We did so much and learned so much about traditions and culture. As I share stories with family and friends, I am often asked the question, "Would you go back?". My consistent answer has been "yes, but only with Bhanu!". Bhanu found solutions to any issue that seemed to appear. He did it because he cared. Stopping at bank machines, pharmacies, shipping packages, finding lost items on planes, and having beer, wine, soda, and water available are just a few things that he did with ease. Bhanu, from Dream India, is a wonderful travel guide. He knows how to drum up little surprises to make each day special.

We toured India with Dream India Tours and Bhanu in July 2015. The trip was an amazing experience, one I still discuss 8 years later! We visited amazing palaces, temples, forts, shrines, and restaurants, and were even welcomed into the homes of residents. Bhanu is amazing. He is a fountain of knowledge and always was ready with helpful tips, where to get filtered water, what to eat while roaming, showing us the most amazing sites, getting us settled in the most amazing hotels, providing stories and information about the areas we visited, showing us where to get the best pictures, and adding personal touches about his life in India. When I am able to return to India for a tour of the South, I will definitely be calling Bhanu & Dream India Tours!

I have just returned from my second tour with Dream India Tours. We visited many cities and sites in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. My first was in July 2019 touring Rajasthan. On both tours, the arrangements and service provided by Dream India tours were unbelievably exceptional. The hotels and meals were all excellent quality and used only filtered water. Bhanu, the owner and guide for our tour, adjusted our itinerary on the spot to meet the needs of our group. Including altering meal reservations so we could stay longer than planned at amazing experiences and moving visits to different times of day to avoid crowds and have more enjoyable weather. On any long bus days between cities, Dream India tours included a number of brief stops to learn about local culture, stretch our legs, and use clean facilities.

I toured many cities in India planned by Bhanu at Dream India Tours July 24 - Aug 5 (Delhi, Alsisar, Magdawa, Bikaner, Udaipur, Jodphur, Deogarh, Jaipur and Agra). This was the trip of a lifetime for me. There were 28 of us in total from all across Canada. I have never had such superior customer service in my life. 28 different personalities with various request and Bhanu never disappointed. He provided surprises along the way that sometimes made us all gasp in awe. The bus, driver and helper he had for us were all great and his knowledge of India’s history is remarkable. He kept us entertained and interested in all of it. We had camel rides, elephant rides, visited many temples of different religions, forts and shopping galore! A good tour guide gets you from point A to point B, explains the highlights, and introduces you to the culture. Bhanu is not a “good” guide, he is an excellent tour guide. Not only did he perform the basic guide duties flawlessly, but he also anticipated my needs and solved problems before I even knew they were there. He constantly goes above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend Bhanu.
